Big Blue Bubble games are intended to be enjoyed by all audiences. As such, we have some brief but clear community guidelines to ensure a friendly environment is maintained. 

In-Game Display Names

Big Blue Bubble’s games are played world wide. In My Singing Monsters, you can visit the Islands of players from around the globe, or see the names of other players on the leaderboards. Due to this, we have a very large language filter that covers many languages.

There are a few guidelines to follow when choosing display names.

  • Your display name must not contain any of the following:
    • You cannot use vulgarity, hate speech, offensive or derogatory language of any kind:
      • Includes language which is disruptive, unlawful, harmful, threatening (such as weapons), abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or racially, sexually, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
    • You cannot have a display name that refers to the company, such as BBB_ or _bbb.

External Communications

We expect players to respect one another when discussing their experiences of Big Blue Bubble games in external channels, such as Twitter or Facebook. We withhold the right to take action on your account if we deem your communication in these channels offensive, inappropriate, or hateful.

Just as we expect players to respect one another, we expect that same level of respect when you reach out to us through our social media channels or contact us through our support portal. Community standards apply to all your correspondence with us and this means you could be subject to a temporary or permanent ban and/or blocked from our social media channels with no appeal if we find you are in violation of our policy.

Zero Tolerance Policy

We hold the right to take immediate action on any detected circumvention of our profanity filters and/or the community standards outlined. Accounts which have been found to do so will be removed upon detection with no appeals.

Reporting a Name or Abusive Behavior

If you have detected behavior or a name which goes against our outlined Community Standards, please report them from the Report Form HERE. Abuse of the Report function could lead to action taken on your account.
