Are You Ready to Play Your Part?!

Play Your Part is returning once again, and this time, we’re challenging our talented Handler-Helper community to recreate the Paironormal Carnival song from My Singing Monsters! All you have to do is record your very own version of one of the 13 Monster parts from the Island in any creative way you’d like! Entrants will have a chance to be featured in the Play Your Part 2026 music video, releasing later this year!

How to Enter

Head over to Paironormal Carnival in My Singing monsters, pick which Monster part YOU want to perform, and start playing!

We recommend muting all of the other Monsters on the Island, and it might also be handy to perform with headphones in so you can perfect the timing of your musical Monster performance.

Upload your submission to the social media platform of your choice using #MSMPYP2026

You can upload your part to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, BSKY, X (Twitter)! Just make sure to include the hashtag in your post!

Optional: We recommend submitting the LINK to your submission in the #PYP-submissions channel in the Official My Singing Monsters Discord to help the Monster-Handlers find your submission more easily!

Prizes

The Top 10 entries will not only have their Musical Monsterpiece featured in the Official Play Your Part 2026 music video! Top 10 winners will also receive an awesome My Singing Monsters Swag Bag*!

Remaining entrants will have a chance for their creative musical part to be featured in the Play Your Part 2026 music video, releasing later this year!

FAQ

Q: Do I need to show my face in the video?

A: Not if you don’t want to! However, we ask that you include something creative and My Singing Monsters-related in the visuals (ie. Puppets, plushies, drawings, etc.) to make your entry as Monstrous as possible!

Q: Can my entry video just have audio with no visuals (ie. A black screen)?

A: Yes, HOWEVER entries without visuals may not be included in the Official Play Your Part 2026 music video releasing later this year.

Q: Can I play more than one Monster-part?

A: Absolutely! Just make sure to include all of the Monster parts you’d like to include in one video.

Q: I don’t have a Discord account. What do I do?

A: We encourage all of those who wish to participate who are over the age of 13 to sign up for a free Discord account and join the My Singing Monsters Server!

**If you are under the age of 13, you are not eligible to enter this contest without parent/guardian consent. In this instance, your parent/guardian will need to submit your entry to the Discord using their own account.**

CONTEST RULES

From 11:00 ET on August 26, 2026 to 11:00 ET on September 30, 2026 (“Contest Period”)

HOW TO ENTER

No purchase required. To enter the Contest, post your video submission on any of the following social media platforms: TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, BSKY, X (Twitter).

To be valid, entries must be received by 11:00 ET on September 30, 2026.

Limit of one entry per person. If you attempt or are suspected of attempting to enter more than once or use robotic, automatic, programmed or any entry methods not authorized by these rules, it shall be deemed as tampering and will void your entries.

ELIGIBILITY

Territorial restrictions of your home country or state apply.

Employees of Big Blue Bubble, as well as such employees’ immediate family (father/mother, brother/sister, son/daughter) or persons living under the same roof are not eligible to enter this Contest.

Entries must be original works, recorded and performed by the entrant. Generative AI tools, Machine Learning and programmatic audio or visual generative tool usage in the submission will disqualify the entry.

PROCEDURE FOR AWARDING PRIZES

After entries are closed at 11:00 ET on September 30, 2026, employees of Big Blue Bubble will evaluate submissions and make selections based on their own set of criteria.

Winners will be contacted through Discord during the weeks following the deadline for entries and should claim their prize as instructed by Big Blue Bubble by no later than 30 days after the date they are initially contacted. If a winner cannot be reached within 30 days following the first attempt of contact, the prize shall be forfeited and Big Blue Bubble has the right, at its sole discretion, to select another winner.

DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE(S)

Winners will receive:

A My Singing Monsters Swag Bag: Estimated $200 value*
– Only winners located in North America and Europe will be eligible to win a swag bag. Winners who do not live in these regions will receive in-game currency equal to the prize value.

GENERAL RULES

5.1. To be declared a winner, the selected contestant must follow the entry requirements (post your video submission on any of the following social media platforms: TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, BSKY, X (Twitter).

5.2. By entering in the contest, and declaring their eligibility as stipulated in Section 2 of these rules; the entrant agrees that their name, image and/or voice may be used for purposes related to this Contest free of charge; and releasing Big Blue Bubble, as well as its respective directors, officers and employees (the “Contest Parties”) from all liability for any damage or loss arising from participation in this Contest or from the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize.

5.3. The prize shall be accepted as is and may not be exchanged or refunded for an amount of money, sold or transferred. No substitutions will be allowed. Any unused portion of a prize will be forfeited.

5.4. If the prize cannot be awarded as described in these rules, Big Blue Bubble reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another of comparable value, as determined in its sole discretion.

5.5. Refusal to accept the prize releases the Contest Parties from any obligation toward the winner.

5.6. If a contestant makes any false statement, or misrepresents their contribution they will be automatically disqualified from the Contest.

5.7. The Contest Parties assume no liability for any loss, damage or injury, including without limitation: (i) lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late, destroyed, illegible or incomplete entries; (ii) loss, theft or damage to software or computer or telephone data, including any breach of privacy; (iii) fraudulent calls; (iv) inability of any person to participate in the Contest for any reason including mistaken addresses on mail or e-mail; technical, computer or telephone malfunctions or other problems with computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, or software; congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination of the foregoing; (v) damage to any person’s computer, including as a result of playing or downloading any material relating to the Contest; (vi) any delay or inability to act resulting from an event or situation beyond their control, including a strike, lockout or other labour dispute at their location or the locations of the organizations and businesses whose services are used to administer this Contest; or (vii) prizes that are lost, damaged or misdirected during shipping.

5.8. Big Blue Bubble reserves the right to cancel or suspend this Contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond their reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Big Blue Bubble reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

5.9. All personal information, such as name and contact information, is collected by Big Blue Bubble solely for the purposes of administering this Contest, is not stored, and shall not be used for any other purpose without your express consent. 5.10. If the identity of a contestant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the Discord Profile submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the contestant. A selected contestant may be required to provide proof that (s)he is the authorized account holder of the Discord Profile associated with the selected entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid Discord Account. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this Contest will be the Contest server.

5.11. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, using any robotic, automatic programmed method that artificially increases the odds of winning or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by Big Blue Bubble. Big Blue Bubble is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this Contest.

5.12. Big Blue Bubble reserves the right to amend the Contest rules or to terminate the Contest at any time without any liability to any contestant. Any amendments to these Contest rules will be posted on the Website.

5.13. By entering, you agree to abide by the Contest rules and the decisions of Big Blue Bubble, which decisions are final and binding on all contestants.
